Mueller's Bakery is seeking a dependable, personable, and motivated Shift Manager to lead our "At the Market" team. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently manage both employees and daily store operations.
The Shift Manager is responsible for running the day-to-day operations during their assigned shift, ensuring outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean and fully stocked store, and supporting a positive team environment.
