"At the Market" Shift Manager:

We are seeking a dependable, personable, and motivated Shift Manager to lead our "At the Market" team. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently manage both employees and daily store operations. The Shift Manager is responsible for running the day-to-day operations during their assigned shift, ensuring outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean and fully stocked store, and supporting a positive team environment.
Hours are flexible.
Must be available at least 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
Must be available to work through Labor Day weekend and throughout the year.
-Starts at $16/hr (negotiable with manager experience)
